Animals

No animals are allowed to be brought onto the site with the exception of guide dogs or other certified support animals. Please discuss your requirements with the admin team.

Arrivals

Due to the scale of this event, arrivals are being carefully managed to avoid congestion. Please follow the instructions in your group briefing pack.

Banking

There are no ATMs on site. Some retail outlets will accept cards but the majority will be cash only.

Bicycles

Adults are welcome to bring a bicycle for the event. We require all bicycle users to follow Scout Association rules by having a properly maintained bicycle with a safety bell, wearing a helmet, and using lights at night. Cyclists must give way to pedestrians, and obey the site speed limit.

Campfire

A camp fire will take place at the bottom of the main field on XXX.

Caravans

We are unable to accommodate any caravans on site. Exceptions may be made for members of the service crew. Contact the admin team for further information.

Check-In

Check in will be open all day on Thursday 11th August. One leader from each unit should report to your subcamp office to collect your contingent’s wristbands.

Closing Ceremony

The closing ceremony will take place at 8pm on Sunday 15th August, at the Southern end of the main field.
